Much of our work is on behalf of solicitors or commercial companies requiring professional clearance services, but we do also work for individual clients who require property clearance. Maybe on behalf of a downsizing or a post-probate property sale being handled by the family.

We deal with all types of clearance and are Environment Agency registered for waste disposal and also work with numerous top auctioneers for asset disposal and consignment deliveries too.

We are based just outside Banbury in Oxfordshire, and cover Oxfordshire and surrounding counties, London and the Thames Valley.
